Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your TripCompanion account and the data linked to it at any time — including while the app is paused.
Email info-support@tripcompanion.io from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. Include your username if you remember it.
What gets deleted
Your account (name, email, username, profile photo), your saved trips and places, and anything you posted. We confirm by email once it’s done, within 30 days.
What we keep
Nothing that identifies you, unless the law requires us to keep it. If you’re also on the 2.0 waitlist, tell us whether to remove that too.
